Referral​

Professionals in social services may recommend families or individuals with special needs to Bayou Land Families Helping Families by submitting a referral form. The form must be signed by the individual being referred or a legal guardian giving consent to release personal information.

Bayou Land Families Helping Families often helps our families by referring them to agencies that can cater to their specific needs. We are currently building a resource guide that will be available to the public. Agencies wishing to be added to our resource guide can apply to do so by filling out an entry form below.
