buying a winter place in moraira with my mother, what i did not expect
quick one from the netherlands. my mother is 74 and after my father died she said she wants sun in winter, not the grey. so we are buying a flat in moraira together, her name and mine, two bedrooms, lift, close to the centre so she can walk to the market.
we found it on https://alegria-realestate.com/ in may, saw it in june, reserved in july, notary is october. what i did not expect: how much she enjoys it. she has a folder. she found out which day the market is and which bus goes to calpe.
anyone who did this with a parent, what helped them the first winter, a club, the dutch neighbours?
